If your Davosa watch is eligible to be covered by our warranty policy, please fill the "Repair Document" on the following page (Davosa-usa.com/warranty-maintenance) and contact info@davosa-usa.com with the issue description. We will then provide you a service #ID number before you ship it to our service center.
